Summer '26 Release
Arizona is the 48th state and somehow it took us this long to realize 48 is divisible by 3, making it perfect for a riff on the CUBE pen holder. The CUBE has evolved over time, initially going from the humble 9-hole original variant and exploding to the 99-hole MegaKube (what we thought was a joke). Since that massive expansion, we've paired back at the request of many of our customers and released the reKtangle 21-hole machined pen holder what we thought would be the "sweet spot". We got a lot of comments of "well, I need two of those, but not the MegaKube"; which led us to the State 48 Machined Pen Holder.
Geared more around the MegaKube, this will be a periodical release with a machined Production Date on the bottom. While not a Limited Edition, the State 48 Machined Pen Holder will be manufactured once or twice a year in small lots of 15-30 total units. This initial release is listed as Prod. 6/26 date with our custom State 48 logo engraved into the bottom of the pen holder. We've then assembled the black Delrin inserts and hand-polished the sides and top to a brilliant shine. Coming in at 9.5 pounds and measuring 14.2" length by 3.2" width by 2.8" height, it will definitely hold down a stack of papers and probably hold down a desk if you have need of something like that.

- Springs are manufactured (to our specifications) by W.B. Jones Spring Co in Wilder, Kentucky, USA.

Lifetime Warranty
We offer a comprehensive Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects on parts and pieces we manufacture in-house. We also offer a Lifetime Service & Repair option requiring the customer send their item in to us and in most cases we will repair items free of charge. If an item is deemed as being damaged due to negligence, a charge may be applied to repair the item and we will contact the customer in those circumstances. Items not manufactured by us MAY have a limited warranty, please contact us for questions via the contact form.
CUBE Collab
Collaborating with other small makers is one of our favorite ways to bring new products to market. The CUBE machined pen holder is one of our earliest collaborations. Local wood-worker Mike Dudek of Dudek Modern Goods had a line of wooden pen holders that he made and sold when he wasn't reviewing pens on The Clicky Post or working in his day job. He'd often stop by the shop to talk pens during one of those visits the idea was floated to adapt his CUBE to a style that fit our aesthetic and make it out of metal. The rest is history. The 9-hole CUBE remains our best sellling pen holder, but we've gone on to adapt several other versions with machined details for holding business cards, notebooks, and large items.
Previous Releases
We specialize in producing unique and interesting limited and special release small batch products to ensure we have something for everyone. We partner with an ever-expanding group of artists and professionals to provide versions of our pens that range from hand-engraved to force patinated to hand-painted. Small batches range from 10 to 30 units some will never see a second release.
