Rising from the ashes like a phoenix destined for greatness, the Tumbled Titanium Bolt Complete Edition is the culmination of a lot of mistakes coming together to make a truly durable writing instrument. Mistakes are made during almost every production run, and while we usually keep them to a minimum, sometimes the mistake ends up being bigger than we thought. The end of our Titanium Bolt upper body manufacturing run encountered one of those mistakes, we failed to catch damage to the tool that taps the threads for the clips. The result, over 200 parts that needed secondary machining AND more importantly custom clips to make them usable. Things were busy back then, and we shuffled the parts into a holding area to fix at a later date. Well that date is upon us, and the fixes we've made on these pens are pretty big, at least for us.
The Tumbled Titanium Bolt Complete Edition features a body, knob, clip, and fasteners all made of titanium. The clip is a riff on our standard clip, that's been widened with a center slot cut in it to allow for clip flexibility. These parts were water-jet cut from a sheet, and we then made a custom hand press and each clip is pressed into shape by hand in the shop. The screws are source from a knife supply company that specializes in titanium fasteners, and utilize our T8 Torx head. The only two "parts" that are not titanium are the standard Pilot G2 refill and our custom spring. Using the phrase "labor of love" for a tool like this seems strange, but we've never put this much hand work into a standard style release before, but the results are well worth it. These look and feel amazing. While we have quite a few of these to fix and get onto the site, we are considering this to be a Limited Release due to the fact that we have no plans to revisit it in the future.

Lifetime Warranty
We offer a comprehensive Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects on parts and pieces we manufacture in-house. We also offer a Lifetime Service & Repair option requiring the customer send their item in to us and in most cases we will repair items free of charge. If an item is deemed as being damaged due to negligence, a charge may be applied to repair the item and we will contact the customer in those circumstances. Previous Releases
We specialize in producing unique and interesting limited and special release small batch products to ensure we have something for everyone. We partner with an ever-expanding group of artists and professionals to provide versions of our pens that range from hand-engraved to force patinated to hand-painted. Small batches range from 10 to 30 units some will never see a second release.
